How does the process work to reserve catering services?

We begin by providing a quote based on your menu selections and number of guests. These numbers do not need to be confirmed until 72 hours prior to the event. Your quote and menu can be adjusted along the way. Email at tiosminnesota@gmail.com is the best way to reach me for ongoing communication.

What is included in my quote?

-Black tablecoverings for buffet tables

-Compostable plates, napkins, silverware and cups 

-Self-serve ice water station 

-Serving utensils

-Chafers and fuel

NOT included:

-Coverings for round tables

Plain white tablecloths available for rent at $4 each

-Tableservice

Can I bring leftovers home?

Yes! We encourage customers to bring their own containers if possible to reduce environmental impact, however, we do stock a limited number of to-go containers. If you choose to not take leftover items they will be donated.
